  1. I think this show will be an inspiration to others that watch the transformation of these people thru their struggle to lose the weight they have worked so hard to do in 6 months. Learning different eating habits and lifestyles.

  3. I am a 32 year old mother of four children. I am 5’7 and 320 pounds. I have been big all my life but, this is the biggest I have ever been even nine months pregnet with my last child.I have gone into a deep dark depression that is not only killing me but, hurting my children.I seen the advertisement for the A&E heavy show that is coming on t.v and I just wanted to get my voice out there to see if I could get help like these other girls are.I am a current student at Everest University for medical assisting and I think my health is going to stop me from finding a good place of employment. If you could please direct this to the right person I would greatly appreciate it.You would not only make my life better but four children as well.

    Thank you,
    Shanna Fish

  4. Looking forward to watching this show. Weight issues plague my family. My daughter is 9 and 138lbs, I am 42 at 270 and my husband is 41 at 425 or more, haven’t been able to weigh him in 2 years. Would love information on how to change our lives for the better. My husband is homebound primarily. We have a hospital bed in the front room, because he is unable to sleep flat. I think it is great that these issues are being addressed. Food is an addiction you can’t just go cold turkey from and once you gain so much weight and lose mobility, its hard to burn normal calories. If you ever branch out to families in your series please consider my family for A&E.

  5. Although I’m not one of the show’s participants, I was at Hilton Head Health when it was being filmed and I met several of the people. I’ve battled weight my entire life and I found HHH3′s program to be right on target! This is a real life change and very challenging to continue once out of the controlled environment. I look forward to watching the program.

  6. A&e is doing amazing life changes but I thin k the people actually doing what they need to live and lead a healthy life deserve so much credit speaking fro. A person who has never had weight but general addiction dilemmas It
S such a vicious cycle and strength and will power will lead the way sometimes you just need that someone to push you and sometimes you need to find inner strength it may be a combination but either way it is a goal and you need to accomplish the goal Jo matter what it takes

  8. I saw the first episode of Heavy & thought it was more realistic than (the biggest loser). I am a 41yr. Old female trying to lose weight for the millionth time in my life. I would like to know where the facility is that they were sent to to kick start the weight loss.being 650lbs. It’s sooo hard for me to stay on my diet, simply because I don’t see any results. Any help that I could get would be appreciated.

  14. I just wish people really could see the struggles with food and weight issues most of us have and not critisize us when we ask for help
