So here’s the latest hot social networking trend that you probably shouldn’t try out at work: Chatroulette. It’s like extreme internet form of speed-dating, where clicking on the link suddenly links you up via video to one of the thousands of people from around the world who are online at any time. The idea is that you can chat to people who pop up on your screen, or if you don’t like the look of them you can choose to terminate the conversation and see who pops up next. Inevitably, there’s a certain amount of nudity on there: perfect for the professional footballer with a few spare minutes on his hands.
