According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics 22.7% of 16- to 19-year-olds are unemployed and are finding their traditional jobs taken by people in their thirties and forties. But this is a generation that has role models like Steve Jobs of Apple and Larry Page and Sergey Brin of Google and they are turning away from McJobs to set up their own small businesses.
