Greenlit: Tough Love, VH1

Tough Love (8×60′) – Brutally honest matchmaker Steven Ward helps women overcome their bad dating habits to help them learn the basics of successful relationships, while giving them a peek into the male psyche. His no nonsense approach means he tells the women what they need to hear rather than what they want to hear. He puts the women through a series of challenges to help them face up to communication, jealousy and issues around communication. At the end of each show, the women get to go on a date with a hand-picked bachelor.

  3. I am very interested to be on your show. I am disable from a dog brutally attacked me on my job. with the post office I have been with the post office for almost 12yrs. I am a very clean person. I get around with a cane. I’m sure that would help your rating’s with someone disable on your show. since I got injured I haven’t been able to go out side by my self. I have been home bound for about 2yrs. I haven’t dated for about 3yrs. by my choice. I am more then ready to meet someone that I am compatible with. I am counting on your help. People still say that I am hot. I think that Chicago would be the best place for me. Will you still be back on t.v? Or at least hook me up with someone? I am not into email. Can you please call me. Right now I am madly in love with Bret Michaels he won’t answer my letters. If he would he would find that we are a perfect match.

  5. I have twin daughters, age 25,beautiful girls, educated with everything going for them and they have no idea how to choose a male based on criteria that would lead them where they want to go. They repeatedly get involved with young men who are not interested in a serious relationship or are heading into the world in a responsible way for a future. They become intimate immediately with whomever they are attracted to and when it blows up in their face they are left with lower self esteem and hpv infections because they refuse to grasp the importance of protecting themselves. I did not raise these girls. I married their father when they were 17 and adopted them along with their three brothers. their Dad raised them on his own after winning custody due to their mothers substance abuse. He is a great Dad but as much as I have tried to get through to them in this area I feel like I’m hitting my head against a wall. They need tough love..What can I do? Can you help? They have so much going for them and they are so lost in this society in their search for companionship. Give me the name of a book, or a class they can take. I’d love thenm to work with someone like Steve but I don’t think he would be interested in girls as young as 25 or would he..and then how would we convince them to do it? Does he run a program that is not on tv? The TV thing is not important but the lessons are. Regards, Judith
