Greenlit: Biggest Reality Scandals, E!

Biggest Reality Scandals (1 x 60′) – From The Real World to Top Chef, reality television has become a platform for fame. Everyone is searching for their 15 minutes and are willing to do anything to be a TV star. Featuring some of the TV’s most popular reality shows and its cast members, including The Bachelor, The Real Housewives franchise, Teen Mom, and The Apprentice,  this brand new special explores the impact these shows have had on its stars and today’s pop culture.

The show profiles how some of the most popular shows have made ordinary people very famous in an instant and how some have become infamous for a lifetime.  Exposing how reality TV can impact lives, it shares the story of Ryan Jenkins, the star of Megan Wants a Millionaire, who was found dead after allegedly murdering his wife.  Even when it seems like there is a happy ending on a reality show, sometimes the struggles have just begun.  With commentary from E! News’ Ali Fedotowsky, founder of The New York Reality School Robert Galinsky, and The Hollywood Reporter’s Kimberly Nordyke, the show  gives an inside look at Hollywood’s most controversial stories
