Tom Kerridge Cooks Christmas (1 x 30′) – Whilst Tom, the only British chef who has earned two Michelin stars by cooking in a pub, keeps it traditional at Christmas with turkey he adds his own unique twist. He’s not roasting it, he’s rolling it. He will show viewers how to fill a turkey breast with sage and onion stuffing, roll it and then cover it in a delicious crumble topping made from pistachios and dried cranberries.
To accompany the meat he demonstrates how to make the ultimate rye bread sauce and will give some great ideas on how to liven up the veg by cooking glazed carrots with star anise and sprout tops with chestnuts.
To finish the meal off Tom will make seasonal spiced orange cake with plum sauce and Christmas pudding ice cream which will all be washed down with his festive mulled cider.
