(The time an Indian call centre told me that a train ticket that hadn’t been sent to my email address as it should have been, could only be retrieved by my calling the call centre again – on the morning of my journey – on a train due to leave at 0630 on a Sunday – in order that they might FAX a request to Euston station that I be issued with a new ticket, particularly stands out… FAX?!).
