The New York Times is hosting an interview with Bob Costas, who is one of America’s most famous sportscasters. He’s been broadcasting on NBC for nearly thirty years and has covered the Olympics in Barcelona in 1992, Atlanta in 1996, Sydney in 2000, Salt Lake City in 2002, Athens in 2004, Turin in 2006, and Beijing in 2008. Not only that, but he’s won 20 Emmys during his career, and has been a regular stand in for Larry King on Larry King Live. On Oct 9th 2009, he’ll talk about his career to New York Times sports reporter Michael Schmidt, in New York.
