Homeless Street Art Project

Graphic Design student Mark Daye posted a number of photos of Toronto street signs on his flickr page that subversively drew attention to the plight of the homeless.

Messages include:

  • Please keep our streets clean, over 818 people have to sleep on them.
  • Please have change ready for homeless.
  • Homeless Sleeping: Quiet

Read more about the project here and read the ensuing 2-yr discussion the project provoked about the best way to help homeless people here.
