I thought the programme was an honest and home hitting account of not only the rising number of people affected by self harm but also their experiences. I run a voluntary self harm service and I also work with another called ‘SASH’ (Support Against Self Harm) I would appreciate some input and information from Meera if that is possible. Thank you Emma
