The Other Side of Desire by Daniel Bergner is an exploration of the alternative or darker side of sexual longing. He interviews four people: a foot fetishist, a man turned on by amputees, a paedophile and a dominatrix, and devotes a section of the book to each. There have been a number of positive reviews in the broadsheets, but here are a couple of interviews with the author.
